The Trust was registered in 1999 (E-335 / dated 22-09-1999) at Charity Commissioner's Office, Alibaug, Raigad under Public Trust Act of India, 1950. The Trust has also been registered under 12A and 80G of Income Tax Act 1961. Mission and Vission of The Trust To provide computer education (hardware & software) to masses at free of cost or at concessional fees. To arrange science exhibition, science seminar etc. for spreading the knowledge of science to students. To distribute note books, uniforms, educational material etc. to poor and needy students at no profit no loss basis. To arrange seminars, essay competition, drawing competition, elocution competition on information technology. To provide scholarships to students going abroad for higher education provided he / she should contribute his / her knowledge to Indian Society. To run hostel / old age home / orphanage. To arrange excursions for village students at no profit no loss basis. To train the youth in technical courses and to motivate them for self employment. To run educational library cum Reading Hall. To provide medical services like hospitalisation, ambulance, medicines etc. to rural masses. To run school / college / educational institute. Any other cause of social development. Presently, the Trust is engaged in the following educational activties:- Junior College YMT Junior College is recognised by Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET) and Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), Government of Maharashtra. Vocational Education Certificate Courses of Vocational Education recognised by Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Education (MSBVE), Govt. of Maharashtra under Ministry of Technical and Higher Education. UG & PG Programme Under Graduate and Post Graduate Programmes - BA, BCOM, BCA, MCOM, MBA and Computer Diplomas in affiliation with Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU), the Statutory University established by Govt. of Maharashtra and recognised by University Grant Commission (UGC) New Delhi.
